    hey, does anyone know if the new effexor brand will work better for add? i forgot the name of it...

    Pristiq.. Well I think it would work as well as Effexor. As you know venlafaxine is not prescribed for ADD, but doses higher than 150 mg start working on the norepinephrine / dopamine circuits, so that's where the potential of FXR to help with ADD comes in. It did help me the first two years, but then it kinda stopped (on the NE DO, SE was still fine) so I started taking Adderall.
